SCHEDULE: 9:45AM WARM-UP 10:00 AM – Walk
                    10:15 AM – 5K Run

Pre-registration (closed April 4^th)       Race day- reg @ 8:15AM

ENTRY FEE:     $20.00                          $23.00

Entry fee includes:  Race T-shirt, Overall awards (Top 2)  Age group Awards (Top 3).

Age Groups: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-30, 31-40, 40+    Awards to Top 2 men and women. Ribbons to top 3 finishers in each age group.

I know that running a race is a potentially hazardous activity.  I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained.  I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any ability to safely complete the run.  I assume all risks associated with running in this event including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including cold, snow and or ice, high heat and or humidity, traffic and conditions of the road, all risks being known and appreciated by me.  Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, wave and release Canandaigua Boys Lacrosse Boosters and Canandaigua City Schools, its directors, officers and staff all sponsors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
