Booster Club Meeting - Thursday, 5/21, 8pm Eric's Office Wegmans

The Canandaigua Boys Lacrosse Booster Club will have a general meeting at 8pm (after the Waterloo away game) changed to Wegman's. We will be discussing the post season events.

WCGR is now streaming the audio for all Canandaigua Boys Lacrosse games live over the web. Just go to their site at http://www.fingerlakesvisitorschannel.com/WCGR.asx. Forward this link to all of your out of town family and friends. "The Shirt" Sales benefit Golisano Children's Hospital

You've seen "The Shirt" on every Canandaigua Lacrosse player from Kindergarten to Varsity. Now you can own one too. We will be selling "The Shirt" at the remaining home games at the concession stand. For every "The Shirt" Canandaigua Lacrosse Boosters sell, we will donate $5 to the Golisano Children's Hospital. Vist us at the concession stand.

Remaining Varsity Home Games

The remaining regular season home game is this Saturday, 5/23, 11am at Evans Field versus Fairport, the top class A team in Section V. Should be a great challenge for our Varsity boys and tune them up for sectionals. Canandaigua has earned a home game for the Section V Class B quarterfinals also. The Booster Club concession stand will be humming for both games. Also, the Section V Quarterfinal will be Senior Night where we will honor this year's 14 seniors and their families.

Modified Marathon a HUGE success

The Modified teams ran their annual Marathon Game on 5/14 and were able to raise a record amount of donations. HUGE thanks to the modified players that collected donations for every quarter of lacrosse they played (20 quarters), and especially thanks to Modified Coaches Dave Gioseffi and Adam Stoler. Also a HUGE thanks to organizer Jim Garling for overseeing the event and collecting prizes for the boys. Pizza and a good time was had by all.

Canandaigua Lacrosse Alumni game scheduled

The 2nd Annual Canandaigua Lacrosse Alumni game has been scheduled for July 18th. All alumni and their families are encouraged to attend. Keep your eye on our Alumni page at www.calacrosse.org/Alumni.asp for more details.
