The referees will be instructed to maintain a very low tolerance to abuse, negative comments, harassment, and poor sportsmanship. One incident will result in the immediate removal of the offending individual from the festival grounds. Game suspension for the offending team will be in force until the offender has left the festival. Consideration for participation in future festivals will also be affected. This policy is meant to protect the spirit of lacrosse and maintain a festival atmosphere for enjoyment by all.
NOTE INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: Due to the uncertainty of the weather this time of year, it may be necessary to cancel the festival partially or in full due to inclement weather. Because of the amount of planning on everyone's part we we will proceed with the festival unless the weather is so bad as to be a health or safety issue, or the fields become un-playable. The decision to cancel would be made the morning of the festival. At some time after that, we would calculate and deduct the sunken expenses and a percentage of your tournament entry fee would be returned. Games cancelled after the festival has started would not be subject to a refund.
