Welcome to CALacrosse.org, home of Canandaigua Boys Lacrosse!
The name "Canandaigua" comes from the Seneca Native American name "Kanandarque" which means "the chosen spot". In Canandaigua, lacrosse is referred to as "the chosen sport". In 1971, lacrosse was started at the club (JV) level and in 1973 became a Varsity sport.
